This week the NElovesPS team got to attend the Nebraska Educational Technology Association (NETA) conference in LaVista. What an amazing group of people! It was so great to see old friends like Katie and Kevin from O'Neill, Julie and Nicole from Arnold, and Holly and Gregg from ESU4. And it was especially awesome to make some new friends, like computer teacher Brandon from Chadron Public Schools who told us about the cool video projects he's working on with his K-4th grade students, and science teacher Gayl from McCook Public Schools who shared her 5th graders' video weather reports that help teach them about meteorology.

We are truly inspired by the passion, dedication and energy we witnessed this week. Our postcard campaign generated 68 heartfelt cards that will be mailed to Governor Heineman's office telling him why we love Nebraska Public Schools. We look forward to telling even more stories - your stories - about why everyone should be proud of our public schools.

We definitely are!

P.S. A great big thank you to NETA's executive director, Sandy Blankenship for letting us join in on the fun. What a fantastic conference!
