South Sarpy County schools are joining the ranks of those using Apple iPads in the classroom. Starting next year, each student in grades seven through 12 will get an iPad to use the entire school year. Elementary students will share iPads - one for every two students.

School administrators say the new technology won't change the curriculum, just the way it's taught. We've seen that at schools like Westside High School in Omaha where a literature teacher uses iPads to ensure her students truly comprehend what they read in class. (click here to watch that video)
